AES employees, management team, sub – contractors & suppliers are accountable for this goal and driving a strong HSSE culture.
When HSSE conflicts with our other business objectives, then HSSE will take priority until these HSSE risks are reduced to an acceptable level.

• Learn and share lessons from incidents.
• Regularly review, inspect and audit our daily activities.
• Require similar standards from our sub - contractors & suppliers and implement a system to review their performance.
• Maintain a positive HSSE culture and communicate our vision, objectives, and policies.
This Policy will be communicated to all staff, sub – contractors and suppliers and will regularly monitor the application of these commitments to provide assurance that we are delivering continuous improvement and progressively working towards achieving our vision for HSSE excellence.
This policy shall be reviewed & communicated every two years to ensure applicability, awareness & support, both internally and externally. A set of company values supports this policy.
